Store Pick-up: Free (no min. spend). Available for pick-up in 3 days. For example, order on Monday by 8am, receive by Wednesday 12pm. If order falls on weekends or public holidays, it will be processed on the next working day.

Exchange Policy For Apparels

- We will honour exchanges for size and colour only, within 15 days of purchase. One-time exchange, and no refunds are allowed.

- Please send back the item in good condition and with packaging intact. Item needs to be unused, not washed, and with their tags in place.

How:

- First, please email us at cs.hushpuppiesusa@redinagroup.com with a picture of your item and included invoice slip (physical copy). Also, please let us know which size you'd like to change to.

- You may exchange your item at one of our retail stores. Please include in your email to us which retail store you’d like to do the exchange. Give us 3 days to get the exchanged item to the store of your choice.
